Love & Death

When I was there with you all the time,
You pushed me away like a used lime.
You broke my heart like a game of dart,
It never felt like I was your life's part.
You molded me like a piece of clay,
Maybe it was an art of play.
I'm here with my bottle of rum,
Cherishing those memories and being numb.
You crushed me like a used paper,
And vanished like a drop of vapor.
If love ever did exist,
I would never be able to resist.
I stopped believing in love because you left me
I stand here looking towards the boat leaving the sea.
